Giragosian recently visited Baku, accompanying an Armenian parliamentary delegation led by Koryun Nahapetyan and including Tevan Poghosyan, for a NATO Parliamentary Assembly (NATO PA) “Rose-Roth” seminar. The RSC Director was invited by the NATO PA as an independent analyst to present his analysis of the current status of the Nagorno Karabakh conflict at the seminar.
