In an interview with Poland’s TVP World on 2 December 2025, RSC Director Richard Giragosian was a guest commentator for a 15-minute news program entitled, “Kazakhstan’s strategic balancing: EU, Russia, and China insights.”

In the latest in a monthly series of analytical briefings, the Regional Studies Center (RSC) provided an assessment of recent developments in Armenia on 5 November.

In a new analytical publication, Mariam Anastasyan assesses the EU Monitoring Mission to Armenia in her article, “Unarmed but not unnoticed: the EU’s civilian mission to Armenia. Implications after the Washington Summit.”

In an analytical paper published on 31 October, Haykaz Shahnazaryan examines the economics of Armenian relations with the European Union. His paper is entitled, “EU Expansion: Romania, Bulgaria and the Case for Balkans-Caucasus Integration.”

Contributing a unique analysis related to the broader issue of Armenian-EU relations, the RSC published the work of Lilit Sofyan on 31 October. Ms. Sofyan’s an analytical assessment, “Youth Perspectives of Armenia-EU Relations,” presents a realistic analysis of the position of Armenia’s relationship with the EU in the eyes of Armenian youth.
